Movement, not stiffness

Bunito Duo. A bunion brace designed to move.

The key difference

Two axes of movement. One goal: a freer step.

The foot does not rotate around one fixed point. Bunito Duo uses a double-hinged structure intended to follow that movement and reduce the rigid blocking associated with simple single-hinge splints.

The design is not a promise of permanent deformity correction. A brace may support conservative care and comfort, but it does not replace diagnosis or surgery when surgery is indicated.

Realistic expectations

What a brace may help with - and what it cannot promise

May help

Braces and spacers may reduce pressure, rubbing or pain for some people and make daily activity more comfortable.

Does not replace surgery

A permanent correction of the bony deformity requires surgery. A specialist decides whether it is appropriate based on symptoms and examination.

Evidence is limited

Research reviews do not clearly show that braces stop progression or permanently change the radiographic angles of the deformity.
